Wireframes
The wireframes for SCHEDULFY were developed to establish a clear layout and user flow for both managers and employees. Key screens, including the Dashboard, Scheduling Interface, and Availability Calendar, were wireframed to focus on functionality and ease of use. These wireframes prioritized a simple, clean design to ensure quick access to essential tasks, such as assigning shifts, updating availability, and receiving notifications. They served as the foundation for high-fidelity mockups and final design iterations.
Style guide
The color palette for SCHEDULFY was chosen to create a clean, professional, and approachable look. It incorporates calming blues and greens for trust and clarity, accented with warm tones like orange for calls to action, ensuring a balanced and
intuitive user experience.
Usability testing
The Final step in my design strategy involved testing our prototype with real users to assess its feasibility as a solution. This process allowed me to gain valuable insights into the behavior and preferences of my target audience and helped me refine and improve our design on their feedback. By observing the actual usage of the prototype, I was able to assess its effectiveness and made necessary modifications toensure its success.
