The wedding industry is rapidly evolving, and couples seek a seamless experience when planning their special day. This app is designed to simplify the wedding planning process by providing a user-friendly platform for organizing vendors, managing guest lists, tracking budgets, and more.
Problem
Couples planning their weddings often struggle with organizing tasks, managing vendor communications, and tracking progress in one central platform. Overwhelming choices and scattered information result in confusion and stress.
Solution
Design a streamlined, intuitive wedding planning interface that integrates task management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking. Simplified user flows and clear progress indicators reduce decision fatigue and enhance the planning experience.

The design uses a 12-column grid with a 24px margin and 20px gutter. This ensures a flexible, responsive layout
with well-aligned elements, providing a clean and organized structure for the web app.
Impact
Although the project hasn’t been deployed in a real-world setting to gather concrete metrics, the feedback I’ve received from my mentor, peers, and study participants has been overwhelmingly positive. Users have consistently expressed increased satisfaction and ease of use with the redesigned interface.
What I Learned?
This project was a valuable learning experience. I gained firsthand knowledge of the significance of user-centered design and accessibility. By iteratively refining the design based on user feedback, I was able to improve the overall usability and satisfaction of the final product.
